How does Absorbine Hooflex Therapeutic Conditioner Ointment work?
Absorbine Hooflex Therapeutic Conditioner Ointment works in wet or dry conditions by creating a breathable moisture barrier to help maintain a long-lasting moisture balance.
Cautions:
Combustible. For external use only. Do not apply to irritated skin. If excessive irritation develops discontinue treatment. Avoid getting into eyes or mucous membranes.
Absorbine Hooflex Therapeutic Conditioner Ointment Directions:
- To maintain healthy hooves: apply small amount to hoof wall and coronet using a brush or cloth. For added protection, apply to hoof sole and frog to restore and protect breathable moisture balance.
- Repeat weekly.
- For cracked or chipped hooves: apply two or more times a week to hoof wall and sole until crack or chip grows out. Check for infections that may prevent the crack from growing out. If severe bacteria or fungi are present, consult your veterinarian or farrier.
Clean hoof before applying ointment.
